All Products will be Shipped within 7 to 10 working Days.

As the Products are Handmade & Handcrafted, so for any delay due to unavoidable circumstances the same will be communicated over Phone & Email.

Shipping Charges -

INDIA - Shipping Charges are FREE pan INDIA.

INTERNATIONAL - For International Orders Shipping Charges will be added on Actual Weight & Destination. We are not liable to pay any IMPORT DUTY, TAX or any FEES if charged at any International Destination. The same needs to be paid from the Customers end.

Return & Exchange Policy:-

At designersouravghosh.com we clearly state in all the Product Pages that our Products are Exclusive and Hand Crafted. Most of the Products goes in direct contact with the Skin so we do not allow any EXCHANGE or RETURN.
